Use:

Sectioning clean, wet hair, apply the mask generously. Use a wide tooth comb to distribute evenly from root to tip. Leave for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For extra conditioning, cover hair with a plastic cap. Apply over moderate heat for up to 30 minutes. When using a helmet, do not cover your hair. The moist heat will add to the hydration of the mask.
